Your genetic play a big role on your height. about 80 percent height depend on your genetics

but this is not necessary that your height will be the same as your parents’ height,

Nutrition.

Healthy foods such as protein, calcium, vitamins, and minerals help our bones to grow.
Protein: You can get protein from foods like eggs, milk, and chicken.
Calcium, which is contained in milk, green vegetables, and yogurt, all of these
Vitamins including Vitamin A and Vitamin D you use sunlight for Vitamin D

Exercise.

Physical activities also have a great impact on our height and improve our posture, such as

  • jumping exercises.

Sleep.

8 hours of sleep is very important for our growth because while sleeping, our body releases human growth hormone, which greatly affects our height.
